Suppliers working in CATIA V5 and Process Simulate

  • Prodtex has streamlined a 14 steps model to deployment strategy to import and archieve the deliveries from the Tier-1 suppliers

  • In order to secure the data integrity the data prior import must be cleaned from broken links etc.

  • We train you to utilize the collaborative tools on the 3DEXPERIENCE Dashboard to expose data to easilliy be found by anyone in the future. Data is structured in a similar way as you look at the physical factoryby the bilding/layout/stations/equipment approach. If production planning is done in the proper way you will see the products in the production equipment as they would be in the physical factory
  • Once the data is imported to the OEM platform prodtex has developed a number of Q-checker rules that is executed to report on any anomalies on data integrity
  • JT-data is imported from Process Simulate. This can be done in a simple way using an existing license from Dassault Systemes called FOJ. We can also provide a more advanced approach in case the requirement on automatic positioning of equipment on the layouts are needed
  • We can offer training on lifecycle management to ensure the ownership of data is modified and the lifecycle status is done in the correct way, making the data ready for the next project.
