Prodtex is one of the most experienced manufacturing engineering teams in the Nordics and a trusted 3DEXPERIENCE reseller. The 3DEXPERIENCE platform connects people, processes, and data across the full product lifecycle, spanning digital manufacturing, robotics simulation, virtual factory design, factory/discrete-event simulation, innovation and MBSE management, augmented reality guidance, CATIA-based design, SIMULIA simulation, and building/infrastructure planning. Prodtex not only leverages this software to achieve its high performance, but sells and trains clients in the 3DEXPERIENCE suit to upskill clients and promote this industry leading solution.
Tooling & Fixtures
Prodtex designs, assembles, and measures ISO 9001:2015-certified measurement fixtures, using carbon fiber, aluminum, steel, fiberglass honeycomb, and plastic, with guide/lug tolerances to ±0.02 mm. Products include CMM fixtures (measuring rigs, control fixtures, cubing, advanced matching, pilot-plant tooling), a patented Reconfigurable Tooling range (BoxJoint, Shimbox, TFS, and Hexapod/Flexapod systems), and CE-compliant lifting and assembly equipment.
Engineering Consultancy
With over 15 years of industry experience, Prodtex provides engineering contracting services covering robotics, fixturing, tooling, lifting equipment, manufacturing processes, and ergonomics, including technology research/benchmarking and advanced engineering study support, aimed at helping customers deliver projects on time and on budget.
