Integrate Robot Studio to 3DEXPERIENCE
Uploading programs from an ABB robot to 3DEXPERIENCE can be challenging. Sometimes it is more convenient to run the robot backup from the ABB Controller. This software enables execution of RAPID programs in RobotStudio and connect that to 3DEXPERIENCE.
Process Simulate Migration Solution
The migration solution reads takes data in SIEMENS Process Simulate into 3DEXPERIENCE. The migration manage not only layout and resource structure, but also all elements of robots, such as speeds, tcp’s, workobjects, mounted devices, kinematics, targets, programs, SCL code, default robot pose, etc. We have developed a step by step process to automate the complete transfer of all necessary data in a robot line. You will have a true virtual twin in a very simple process.
3DEXPERIENCE READY-TO-GO
Prodtex has developed an all-in-one OnPremis package, which is very easy to deploy. No particular IT-expertise is necessary to deploy. Just un-zip-and-go! This will enable smaller enterprises, such as Tier-1 suppliers to work collaboratively with their OEM customers by having the same release and fix-pack on 3DEXPERIENCE. Prodtex can also prepare the OnPremis server so it has the same database extensions as the OEM customer, which means the attributes used for BOM lists are available and can be filled in before sending the data back to OEM.
